what has happened to the quality of this companys clothing. Long standing customer, bought mostly from them for many years,always quality cotton and shrink proof, long wearing (maybe that is the reason its now more use a while then throw away). great shame, the last items of mens polo shirts supima cotton and women’s tea shirts(at £30 odd pounds they ought to be resonable quality). Bought several of each, all washed according to instructions all shrunk on the length, again, no longer prepared to pay a reasonable price for inferior stuff- there are now better quality/less cost elsewhere which was never the case.

My Lands End return was received by them 1 week ago. Still no credit to my cc. I had to pay shipping both ways. By contrast, my Amazon free shipping return sent yesterday? Credit to my cc last evening. Lesson? Don’t order from LE. When I called LE’s customer service, they annoyingly said return credits take 2 to 4 WEEKS. LE - Please stop advertising EASY returns. They are slow and costly.

A few years ago, I purchased a pair of all weather moccasins at around $35. Unfortunately, the soles are now literally deteriorating, cracking, coming apart. I’ve worn them primarily indoors, so it wasn’t as though being exclusively an outdoor shoe would have contributed to the soles falling apart. This will be the last pair purchased from them.

I purchased The sports knit pant (Item 30726) for around the house on 12.28.22. I bought a size L tall. I buy a 32" inseam and was thrilled when I found these with that inseam. Not so thrilled now. My 32" inseam is now 26 1/2 inches. Unbelievable poor quality!
