I have been ordering from Lands End for years and find them to be an efficient, reliable and helpful company. This time I ordered two more silk base layer tops for myself, female and 76. As ever, very easy ordering on line, an efficient delivery and high quality, well packaged tops. Thankyou everyone involved.

As a 40 year + customer, I have been helped with issues many times. The most recent...I ordered 2 sweatshirts at the big holiday sale. They were good quality and so soft, but ran HUGE...a Large/Tall fit my husband who wears an XL and is 6' tall! Through a chat, I got my return shipping fee waived as I wanted the shirts in a smaller size. The rep said that would be done once I had a new order #. I ordered the new shirts, chatted the new order # and Done! With the LE credit card, you get free shipping with no minimum. That said, I will say that once LE sold out to Sears many years ago, quality dipped to Sears level. Because of customer complaints (I assume) and declining shoppers, slowly quality has returned - not to 100% of the past, but on many items. I have no idea who owns them now.

The item was despatched very quickly and was good value for money. I don't really understand why LandsEnd seems to have permanent large discounts on most products. I guess it's a marketing ploy but it does suggest items would never be worth the stated original price. With the discounts, the items are worth buying.

Good price, something I needed and was satisfied with. Similar product bought earlier had worn well. Fast delivery.
