Try the logging in on smart phone. Worked great and expected for me. I experienced the same as all others when I used my laptop. Don't know why mobile browser successful and not on laptop.

The website definitely has a lot of issues. I tried multiple browsers and finally had some success with Google Chrome. After about an hour of trying and reloading, I finally redeemed two points for two books. Hopefully, they'll actually arrive in the mail. Just wanted to post this so others know that there is hope with this website.

This is for the free books from the Feeding Reading promo....I only gave it two stars because I was actually - eventually - able to redeem the credits and the books have just arrived in the mail. But I will say that it was honestly one of the most frustrating "promos" that I have ever experienced. Multiple browsers, multiple attempts each day, endless spinning wheels while the site loaded (spoiler alert: it rarely did), etc. My end game was to try once each morning using Google Chrome. I would get one submitted and then that was it...any further effort resulted in endless spinning, no matter the browser. So maybe they are limiting you to one credit redemption per day? But it sure would be nice if they told us that....After 75 attempts, over 10 days, I was finally able to land 6 free books. Contacted customer service and their email response told me to hit "control/shift/S" to resolve it...that sure didn't work but I guess a useless response is better than none at all? You decide....Might have been better off just buying the books instead of the rice krispie treats and avoiding the hours of headaches? Either way, we got the books, so that's worth two stars in my view.

Awful just awful! I can't even redeem mu minecoins!!! I jist get a stupid message and it won't even take me to the CODE why couldn't you just EMAIL me the damn code!?

...because it's full of issues in its current iteration. Receipts are rejected without explanation. It would be good to be more readily informed that a receipt has been rejected because it was too blurry or too small to be legible, or whatever other reason it was rejected for. When they don't provide a reason, I just have to photograph the receipt again and spend the 24-to-72-hour approval period hoping for the best. Or more likely, just throw it away and forget about it, because the amount of points you earn just isn't worth it; 150 points for a box of crackers only seems like a lot until you realize it takes you 7,500 points to qualify for one of the $5 gift cards. It's also mildly silly that they require a phone verification to print a digital coupon for a dollar off two Pop-Tarts boxes. I appreciate that level of tight security with my checking account, not so much with a snack rewards program that nets me a $5 gift card every other month. It's almost like they set the program up to make it as hard as possible for people to actually redeem points and earn discounts, in which case you start to ask why Kellogg's even bothers with rewards at all.
