Kellogg’s Family Rewards – Coupons, Promo Codes & Special Offers (2)

Have been trying to submit a SnoPrize credits order, but Kellogg’s website always gets hung up on one of their pages, along the way. Even managed to make it to submitting my order, once, but it would not actually complete it. I have tried on three mobile devices, a computer, used FOUR different browsers…nothing works. Even changed the settings that should matter. Kellogg’s customer support was ZERO help! With all of their timeline rules, there is no way I’ll ever be able to complete my order. If you can’t provide an operational website for customers, then stop running promotions!

Try the logging in on smart phone. Worked great and expected for me. I experienced the same as all others when I used my laptop. Don't know why mobile browser successful and not on laptop.

Same problem as everyone else...horrible website...scam to get more people to buy Kelloggs????

Best customer service experience Claimed a free movie ticket was advised it would take 9-10 days to confirm eligibility for offer. This was received in a day! Then when making order for ticket I was advised it would take up to 5 days. I received an email of confirmation within 3hrs. Fantastic customer service.
