Keap Tracking Order Status

The good: food, speakers, location, staff and info. The bad: got a little lost when we go here. Need some one directing traffic when you first get here. No classes or breakouts that work on applying some of the info. More talks to those of us that aren’t selling a digital product. Missing: physical swag. Confused: some classes got switched around. Some breakouts felt like sales pitches from products not info we can use. All in all 8 out of 10 stars!

There are more options out there that are much more userfriendly and cheaper.

Very pricey and steep learning curve. I would not recommend unless you have an inhouse person to manage this full-time

Been doing business with them for years now. Send them so much money. 20 days ago, information about our clients started disapearing (we noticed last week) from our database. Called them, they could not tell me why...they said they don't hold more than 2 weeks back of logs! They charge a lot of money and can't offer a quality service! They can't explain why contact record information is disapearing! They also lie on their pages when it comes to reviews!! They lie about their Trustpilot reviews and Google Reviews! How can you trust someone like this!

We've been using Keap for years and it's been a great help BUT BEWARE they will keep billing you for additional users after you have removed them. While not required to add a user, to remove them, you need to go into billing and submit a request! I'm out probably $5K over the years. I've only just discovered the issue.
