The good: food, speakers, location, staff and info. The bad: got a little lost when we go here. Need some one directing traffic when you first get here. No classes or breakouts that work on applying some of the info. More talks to those of us that aren’t selling a digital product. Missing: physical swag. Confused: some classes got switched around. Some breakouts felt like sales pitches from products not info we can use. All in all 8 out of 10 stars!

Keap Customer Service I had a technical glitch in which I could not send estimates, their advanced team is working on this, and they gave me a coupon to take care of their service. I was truly impressed by their customer service managers, and response.

Even though I stopped my membership, Keap continued to invoice me for 2 months... I was frustrated & when I came here I read some people never get reimbursed... I send an email & in less than 1 week, I receive my money back. Just wanted to show some gratitude & counterbalance the latest bad reviews about this topic. During these 2 years, the client service always was responsive. I recommend if you want the Rolls Royce of email marketing.

My organization is a long-time user of Keap Max Classic and we love how powerful the automation is, and we haven't even reached the maximum of what we can do with the app. There are also a lot of features offered for the price: pipeline stages, email automation, and lead sourcing. Good network of affiliates and third party apps due to a decent API round out the benefits.

Chris was very helpful with the issue we were having the other day. He was a tad talkative, but not a big deal. Normally I appreciate the casual, friendly manner but I was under a little pressure to get the issue resolved. But no biggie. I am fairly new to Infusionsoft/Keap and every time I have contacted Keap Support so far they have been very helpful. Thank you! My last name was spelled incorrectly in this survey email, by the way.
