Julian Charles Tracking Order Status

Waterproof pillow protectors: image showed zip closure but they were actually just standard folded fitting disappointing but not worth returning.

The worse bedding i have ever bought its ill fitting & it usually takes me 5mins to vhange my bedding but this took 20 & by that time id had enough never again overpriced & rubbish

I have to say the customer service is excellent. I have returned 2 items but only due to my own fault and Susan has been keeping me up to date with any emails I have sent in a very prompt and official manner. I wont hesitate to shop online with this company 5 Star
