I researched long and hard to replace our pillows with the right ones and from reading online Julian Charles came top with their "Feels Like Down" Medium/Firm Hotel Pillow for our sleeping preferences and budget. Ordering was easy on the website, and even better value with the promo code I found giving an extra 20% off. I was a little concerned by an email stating there might be a delay with our order due to the volume of orders but this seems to have just been a standard automated message and I needn't have worried as it was dispatched the next day. Delivery was excellent, I was pleased DPD was used, who are reliable and easy to deal with - got a one hour slot for the following day and handed over promptly in the morning. The pillows seem good quality, comfortable and I like that the covers are 100% cotton. I'd never heard of Julian Charles before discovering these pillows but based on this experience would order again. Very happy!

Julian Charles have stunning furnishings. The quality is second to none, I haven't been disappointed with 2 orders I made in the last year (bedding sets, throws, cushions), prices are very competitive too, you won't get better. To add, I really needed an order quickly this time and the customer service team upgraded it to express, free of charge and sent it out within less than 24hrs, it was completely amazing. I can't fault them on any aspect. It's a joy to find such a great place ! Thank you so much.
