I just want to compliment Jules customer service online in particular Jody Grant who went above and beyond to resolve my issue which was not with Joules but with the dire delivery service EVRI. My issue now resolved. Thank you Jody Grant for your professionalism and understanding. Also my Joules "Vanessa Cream" cricket jumper is superb!

Ordered 2 striped vest tops. The tops are far too long and the fabric is far too thick and uncomfortable for summer. Im sure the armholes will go out of shape when washed. Disappointing. The ordering process and collection at Next was excellent. I could not find anywhere on the Joules website to leave a review of the items.

I was a loyal customer of Joules before they were bought over. I didn't think twice about ordering a dress from their website even though the shop in Edinburgh has closed. I picked it up from one Next store then returned it to another. Everything went wrong from there. I got no email acknowledgement of the return. On contacting them, I was promised 3 call backs by different people. None happened. I used their contact form and got a response immediately but still no refund. They are holding onto £60 at the moment. The have one day to resolve this, though no other organisation giving refund takes anywhere near 5 working days. So sad and I would struggle to justify using them again. Like the clothes but the customer service is horrible. 26 June This still isn't resolved. I've been told, by about 6 members of staff, that my refund is on its way. This has not materialised.

After spending a significant amount at Joules Bowness yesterday I noticed this morning that one of the T-shirts I purchased was actually on an offer for 2 for £45. I wore the tshirt I had bought this morning and liked it so much that I was very sad that I had missed out on the deal and no one made me aware of it in the shop. I popped back in to the Bowness shop early this morning, proudly wearing my tshirt to ask if they could help me and allow me to buy a 2nd within the deal, seeing as I had only purchased the tshirt yesterday afternoon! I had the receipt and the label to show that it had been purchased less than 24hours ago. I have been extremely disheartened to be turned down in asking for help to do this on occasion, only to be told that because I had worn the tshirt it couldn’t be done as it had to be sent to a depot. This seems ludicrous to me as I simply wanted to purchase another one! And as a very loyal customer I am very disappointed to find there was no such support. If this is the kind of customer service that Joules provide then I will be taking my future purchases to other brands who offer much better customer relations.

Promised a not inexpensive fleece on Tuesday (today) only to be told it’ll be with me “in the next few days!” Sigh! Not really good enough!
