I just want to compliment Jules customer service online in particular Jody Grant who went above and beyond to resolve my issue which was not with Joules but with the dire delivery service EVRI. My issue now resolved. Thank you Jody Grant for your professionalism and understanding. Also my Joules "Vanessa Cream" cricket jumper is superb!

Have just purchased the wilcote tan/brown waterproof padded coat and I am absolutely thrilled with it, excellent quality as expected from joules and this coat fits perfectly...Very Happy customer 😊

After complaining to joules directly about 6 week old faulty wellies their initial response was poor saying it wasn't a manufacturing fault & there was nothing they could do. I then wrote a review on here explaining my disappointment with Joules to which the they did respond promptly & effectively by sending me a gift card for the full amount that the wellies cost. I bought a knitted vest top and I love it - the scalloped detail round the neck and armholes really sets it apart. Great fit too. I decided to get the horse print blouse to go with it. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely love Joules clothing. My absolute favourite is my green packaway raincoat which is the best coat I’ve ever had! It’s completely waterproof, stylish, breathable & I get so many compliments when I wear it. A lot of my wardrobe is Joules, I’m a huge fan! They always have everything on offer too & delivery is always fast. They offer easy return options as well.
