I had a problem with my beautiful necklace and Safa in customer services was extremely helpful and managed to send me a replacement. 5 star service.

Wrong item sent. No response from customer service via email. Requested correct item is sent but no answer. The incorrect chain that arrived has a not in the chain also.

Very reasonably priced items but the reason I’m doing this review is about the customer service standard. I had an issue that was seriously bad service by a large company who sell Jon Richard’s products. I ended up going direct to Jon Richard’s and they sorted it all out immediately. Really helpful. Prompt. Really impressed. Will now shop with them direct as not only do I really like the products I’m also confident they do actually care about their customers. Excellent.
