Very reasonably priced items but the reason I’m doing this review is about the customer service standard. I had an issue that was seriously bad service by a large company who sell Jon Richard’s products. I ended up going direct to Jon Richard’s and they sorted it all out immediately. Really helpful. Prompt. Really impressed. Will now shop with them direct as not only do I really like the products I’m also confident they do actually care about their customers. Excellent.

I have my hair done every week at John Richards ! Every week is a five star experience. I class every one as my friend. Hannah is my stylist . But I had to change at the last minute for my colour. Ruby took over. She is in her second year She coloured my hair beautifully. She was so particular . Checking everything twice. I can guarantee this lovely young lady is going far. Such a sweet genuine person. You can’t beat this salon.
