Jack Rogers Tracking Order Status

A couple of years ago, (BC/before Covid) I bought the Derby silk Jack Rogers sandals. I bought three pairs, one for me, one for my sister and one for my best friend. I wore mine to my sister’s derby party and took them to her as a hostess gift. I knew as soon as I put them on I was probably doomed. & l was. Although I have three other pairs in this exact same style and they are fine, these are awful. I was miserable. I even put moleskin around the thong and between my toes but it was too late, l was already raw just from putting them on in the house, getting in the car and walking into her house. I ended up going barefoot at the party. Additionally, I could not wear ANY thong sandals sandals for weeks after that. In this particular pair, the thong is thicker and rougher than all of my other ones. The finishing is rough, not smooth. I contacted them and they said they were already used and basically too bad. My sister’s are OK for her (she has longer feet and maybe a bigger space between her toes ) and my best friend has never mentioned whether she has ever worn hers or not. The only reason I went to the site today is because I was trying to call them to ask a question about some flats I was considering ordering. I will say, their duck boots have been great, and they are great if you add your own insole for some support.

Very disappointed with my Jack Rogers Abigail sandals. After only a few wearing, the sole began coming loose at the toes. Contacted Jack Rogers but so far no response. I had thought Jack Rogers would have better customer service for the price of the shoes.

I bought the Embroidered London sandals. I love them. I got very quick delivery. They fit perfectly. I have several pairs and they are my favorite sandals. I will be back for more.

I have had 5 pairs of shoes from Jack Rogers. The wooden sandals seem to hold up nicely, however the jelly sandals and booties do not. The pair of jelly sandals I had broke and I know multiple people who have had the same problem happen. I will not purchase another pair of jellies ever again due to the quality and price. I think they should be made better considering the higher price. I got around 6 months of wear from these shoes before they gave out on me. On the other hand the booties are TERRIBLE QUALITY!!! I purchased the Bailee suede bootie from the Jack Rogers private sale over the summer and highly regret that decision. I haven’t worn them probably 15 times before the heel on one of the shoes came off. These shoes are $128 retail and are no where near the quality of that price. Luckily I didn’t pay that much. I would not reccomend buying a pair of Jack Rogers booties that have a wooden heel. They are poorly made considering the price. Not worth the money. My cheaper booties from American Eagle have held up much better over the course of a year compared to these which haven’t even lasted through a month of wear. The sole of the shoe also seems to be separating from the shoe as well. I would not reccomend the booties or jelly sandals to anyone. I do really like the classic wooden sandals from there, they seem to be worth the price considered to some of their other styles. Plus the Jack Rogers site doesn’t have a place to review your purchase so I’m leaving a review here hoping they will see it. Hope this helps anyone considering buying booties or jelly sandals.

So I’ve heard all the positive reviews about this shoes over the years and when I stumbled upon the year end sale I decided to take the plunge and buy 5 pairs. They are all the same size (8.5) and ALL fit completely different ..... some of the sandals are so tight I got blisters, 1 fits okay and 2 pairs are so big they almost fall off. I expected A LOT more from the shoes and the brand. Now I’m stuck with a bunch of shoes I can’t return, or even exchange.
