IngramSpark recently printed my books with the cover on backwards. I filed a complaint and got an email back telling me to use the online system to have them reprinted, but the system wouldn't let me. Impossible to talk to anyone about reprinting them. I am also trying to get on the site to place an order for more of two of my books. The site is telling me that I have to reset my password. I try and it won't let me reset my password. Help! I have a lot of speaking engagements coming up and need more books. Impossible to get a live person to help me. Very frustrating! Update: just after posting this, IngramSpark responded and sent me an email to reset my password, however, they refused to do anything about the books that they screwed up. Yes, it is past the 90 day period, however, it is not like I am complaining about a scratch or something. This is such an egregious error on their part, they really should take care of it. UPDATE: They have helped me log back into my account, so I am moving this from one star to two. Update: They have agreed to replace the nine books. Took a lot of asking, but they are doing it. Whew!

There was a rather complicated issue with a recent upload in which the printed books, but especially the hardcover, were different from the eproof. Even though the fine text explains that you have to order a book as a proof, it was the revision cost that bothered me. I had to persist a little in explaining it from my point of view, but the support folks listened!! That was the main thing, they understood and negotiated. I really appreciated that. Plus they were consistently professional and polite. I also think they are now changing their revision policy, (not because of me, haha) but that’s really great.
