There was an issue today with shipping costs and I spoke to Laura, who not only advised me, but helped me cancel the issued orders saving me a lot of money. Laura is a superstar!!!

There was a rather complicated issue with a recent upload in which the printed books, but especially the hardcover, were different from the eproof. Even though the fine text explains that you have to order a book as a proof, it was the revision cost that bothered me. I had to persist a little in explaining it from my point of view, but the support folks listened!! That was the main thing, they understood and negotiated. I really appreciated that. Plus they were consistently professional and polite. I also think they are now changing their revision policy, (not because of me, haha) but that’s really great.
