Hunter Tracking Order Status

Hunter refused to accept a return/exchange on boots purchased 3 months ago. US size 10/10.5 is NOT a European size 43. They are too big to wear. Shame on me for not reading the return policy. Shame on them for not making an exception since I am unlikely to shop Hunter again. There are many competitors who DO accept returns within 1 year.

Update I have now received a replacement pair of boots, thanks Hunter but not sure why it took so long, fingers crossed this pair last longer. I really wish I had read all of these awful reviews before opting for Hunter boots, I thought I was purchasing a quality product from a quality brand but it turns out there is nothing quality about their products, customer service or warranty. They state that they have a 24 month warranty on their boots which is valid for purchases made directly from Hunter and their authorised stockists but when I contacted them about my faulty boots I was told to contact John Lewis where they were bought from I duly did this and was told from JL that their warranty is only for 12 months and that I should contact Hunter which once again I did they confirmed that there is a 24 month warranty and that I should contact JL, it would appear that neither supposedly reputable company wants to take responsibility for the faulty boots. Trading standards are my next step.

Egentlig dejlige støvler.MEN Der bliver utætte, fik dem byttet. Og nu er de nye også utætte. De går simpelthen op i svejsningerne.... De duer ikke

Hurtig levering og et par gummistøvler rigere :)

Købte et par super fede gummistøvler. Men der skulle gå næsten en måned inden jeg fik mine støvler. Da jeg ikke havde modtaget mine støvler en uge efter pengene var trukket, kontaktede jeg Hunter først på mail og sener på telefon. Der var ingen kontakt og jeg var sikker på at jeg var blevet snydt. Jeg kontakter min bank og vi aftaler at jeg skal komme ned og lave en indsigelse. Men sørme om jeg efter endnu et forsøg for forbindelse til Hunter og de skulle lige se på sagen og ringe tilbage, så de får en chance mere. Og de ringer tilbage og fortæller at de har sendt støvlerne til en anden og de beklager fejlen. 3 dage efter har jeg mine støvler og de er helt perfekte, men sikke en omgang. Jeg synes det har været alt for bøvlet at handle med Hunter, så det gør jeg ikke en anden gang.
