Kontaktet kundeservice da hotellet mente at jeg ikke hadde betalt, og prøvde og trekke meg igjen. Hotels.com tok saken alvorlig og kontaktet hotellet umiddelbart, og kundenhandler var veldig seriøs og hjelpsom.

Jeg har været meget tilfeds med jeres behandling af min sag mod et hotel, som krævede strafgebyr. Jeg henvendte mig til jer og I henvendte jer gentagne gange til hotellet og informerende mig undervejs om hvordan sagen stod. Og til sidst gav hotellet afkald på strafgebyret. Så tak!

Exchanged Tesco Clubcard vouchers for a hotels.com coupon. Been back and forth with them for nearly a year attempting to book something but get an error that the coupon has already been used maximum number of times. They just tell me they checked their end and it’s ok then send me round in circles. Each time I just give up and book at full price before prices go up. I think they just deliberately try to wear you down so you give up and the coupon expires. Terrible. Update: Despite the email they sent me delivering my code clearly stating the coupon expires at the end of 2024 for travel before end of 2025 they then told me the code has expired! In the spirit of fairness, as a further update I’ve added an extra star. After requesting contact with a supervisor I was finally dealt with professionally by that supervisor and received a full refund this morning.

Majority of the time I have a a great experience with bookings, just had a minor issue with one booking which took ages to resolve

I always have a good experience booking through this website. I get free nights as a reward. Never had an issue. The hotels are described as they are. And you can't find a better price anywhere!
