Kontaktet kundeservice da hotellet mente at jeg ikke hadde betalt, og prøvde og trekke meg igjen. Hotels.com tok saken alvorlig og kontaktet hotellet umiddelbart, og kundenhandler var veldig seriøs og hjelpsom.

Jeg har været meget tilfeds med jeres behandling af min sag mod et hotel, som krævede strafgebyr. Jeg henvendte mig til jer og I henvendte jer gentagne gange til hotellet og informerende mig undervejs om hvordan sagen stod. Og til sidst gav hotellet afkald på strafgebyret. Så tak!

Majority of the time I have a a great experience with bookings, just had a minor issue with one booking which took ages to resolve

I always have a good experience booking through this website. I get free nights as a reward. Never had an issue. The hotels are described as they are. And you can't find a better price anywhere!

They are doing well, they have a good customer support service. I always paid my booking in advance through hotels.com, and never paid on arrival. I only have issues with their partners which are the local hotels. Sometimes they never existed or just closed due to different reasons. When that issue happened, I called the customer service hotline, sometimes I had to wait for some hours but usually within 30-45 minutes and done, they relocated me to other hotels nearby, usually higher or much higher service than the original booking, only when there are no other better hotels nearby then I've to go to a lower hotel. The royal system of this platform is so far so good. When I've issues with my bookings, they give me options to choose from like a refund to the original payment, refund as a voucher, relocation to other hotels, and so on. The downside of this platform is their price always higher than other platforms, sometimes not too much, sometimes too much In the end, I still highly recommended to use this platform if you want to ensure your travel experiences
