Honestly- theyve discounted the diffusers but make it so you absolutely HAVE to use their scents. The scents are way to strong and you cant try them or take them back if you dont like them. And I have no ichoice but to use their scents.

After having a tough time cancelling my subscription, i was put in touch with Jeffrey and he was an absolute GEM. So helpful, so responsive, he deserves a raise! Thank you Jeffrey for your help!

I love the scent that they sell but their diffusers don’t work very well at all. It’s like they’re disposable and very pricey to be that. They want me to subscribe so I can replace my diffuser anytime, but as usual, very costly. I bought 3 studio diffusers last year, only one left diffusing scent but now has remote issues. Their customer service will suggest a lot of ways how to troubleshoot but nothing works. I know they try to help but the best answer would be “let’s replace your diffuser” since it hasn’t been a year since it was bought, plus I am an oil subscriber. They have to improve their game because to be honest, their scents are really good. This will be a great product if they will give a warranty for at least a year for a studio diffuser and 5 years for the expensive ones so customers like me will get value for the money.

I had a similar experience as a lot of other reviewers below:( I purchased 1 diffuser with an oil subscription. Did not even use it everyday. The unit broke just after the 90-day warranty. I purchased another one for $49, however, that one didn’t even turn on. Therefore, I have over $200 worth of propods. UPDATE: I talked to technical support and was able to get an appointment right away. Good customer service and we got the diffuser working (for now—fingers crossed it has no other issues!)

The scents are wonderful. Their customer service and machines are terrible. The diffuser broke and I have spent so much time trying to talk with someone from their customer service to get it fixed. For $50 a month they should have immediately replaced my diffuser. Instead I got a complete run-around.
