Hobby Lobby Tracking Order Status

Love the store other than the prices now, but their customer service and the "I'm better than you" attitude just doesn't work for me. Two times in a row I had problems getting help to find something and when I finally did get some help, they acted like I was stupid for not being able to find it myself, as they also searched 80% of the store before finding something that would work, but not what I really wanted. Then I get to the register only to argue about the prices and called a liar before having to go out of my way to show them exactly what the prices should be, No apologies for causing a scene, calling me a liar or anything else, actually just the opposite giving me dirty looks like I did something wrong. The manager, who didn't even look old enough to drive a car, just watched everything that occurred and acted like nothing was wrong so apparently this happens often. I give them 2 stars vs 1 only because I like the items they carry when you can find them. The store was in Robinson Township, Pa.

The store is organized well, so it's easy to shop. They have furniture, fabrics, frames, candles, painting supplies, glasses, metal & fabric home decor, jewelry supplies, and much, much more. I love their picture frames, with real wood. I have a blast in the jewelry department! Beads, chains, & charms galore, so I can design my own pieces. A wide selection of fabrics [cute seasonal prints]. If you love decorating, crafting, or just browsing, you'll find something that strikes your fancy. Explore the possibilities!

I am always impressed with the variety of their stock. I spend hrs in this store and sometimes don't even buy anything, it's great just to look around. I purchased 4 items and spent under 100 dollars. It's nice to have a store with great customer service and great prices.

Bought a frame at Hobby Lobby and unfortuately did not check to see if Michaels had it cheaper. Michaels was 1/3 the cost. I was told that there is no price matching with Hobby Lobby. So make sure you check the competitors!

I received a picture frame I ordered online and it was damaged when I opened it. There was a big chip in the corner of the wood. I called their customer service line and it was super easy to get a replacement for free! The person I talked to was very helpful. I don’t even have to send the damaged one back which is awesome.
