The store is organized well, so it's easy to shop. They have furniture, fabrics, frames, candles, painting supplies, glasses, metal & fabric home decor, jewelry supplies, and much, much more. I love their picture frames, with real wood. I have a blast in the jewelry department! Beads, chains, & charms galore, so I can design my own pieces. I am always impressed with the variety of their stock. I spend hrs in this store and sometimes don't even buy anything, it's great just to look around. I purchased 4 items and spent under 100 dollars. It's nice to have a store with great customer service and great prices.

I received a picture frame I ordered online and it was damaged when I opened it. There was a big chip in the corner of the wood. I called their customer service line and it was super easy to get a replacement for free! The person I talked to was very helpful. I don’t even have to send the damaged one back which is awesome.

It started out with a young lady, did not get her name stating what I was looking for was over there and that would be her guess however, John walked around to at least try to assist me and at the end Julieth came over and put me to register. I am a customer service manager. I just feel that some people just need training. If they don’t know they don’t do. Just FYI for owners it’s OK to have people on the floor but if they are not trained it’s nonexistent. This is hobby lobby, route 1 iselin
