Fantastic support service received today, may issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Dedicated server - which has a separate support department allegedly - started experiencing major connectivity issues at around 10am, as well as the inability to even access the hosting control panel (which is located on a totally separate machine in the data centre) so I put a ticket in asking them to investigate. Got a reply saying that it must be an error at my end - despite the issue being reported from multiple locations around the uk - we're a high street + ecommerce store, and the issue affecting more than one heart box. So I replied back with specific connectivity reports from various other locations, only to get ... nothing. My followup ticket was posted at ~11am - it's now 2pm and still no reply from anyone. Heart may still be relevant to cheap / shared hosting, but things have been going downhill for several years over there, and apparently they couldn't care less these days about their dedicated server clients who are paying significant amounts to them per month. Think it's maybe time for a change.

Sensational service tonight by support agent Stiliyan. I raised an urgent ticket following a website technical crash. In quick order my issue was resolved in a manner far exceeding my expectations. Well done Heart Internet and especially huge thanks again to Stiliyan.

Recently, I had a problem with a domain registered with Heart - my fault totally, forgot to update payment info and didn't keep track of reminder emails. What a dummy! As always, having been a customer for many years, whatever the daft questions, the tedious help needed, advice, etc., Heart support were there to help out. This is a company with real people on the job, who can make decisions and really come through for the customer. Sometimes, like today, pretty big-hearted decisions. Customer service isn't about things going wrong, which, let's face it, they do from time to time [often caused by the customer!]. Good customer service consists of what gets done about the problem. We have always had top-class customer service from Heart - but to do it for our self-inflicted snarl-ups is above and beyond the call of duty. I can't recommend Heart Internet enough. I think 'Heart' is just the right name for them. Thanks guys!
