GrooveLife Tracking Order Status

I have been A Groove Life customer for almost 10 years. From rings, to the belt, to the wallet. Love all their products. However, this latest experience is not great. I ordered a ring back on 01/16/25 and it was supposed to be delivered on 01/22/25. Never showed up, so I checked with the USPS and found it was moving in the postal network but was late. So this last weekend I emailed Groove and got zero response, certainly no 24-48 hour reply. So, I reached out to the USPS and they said they will investigate, so who knows how long that will take. Also, this order was showing up in my USPS informed delivery app, and has since disappeared. I reached out to Groove on X and was told to again contact customer support. As a customer with an issue I find this form of customer support very frustrating! I know this is the USPS fault, but it would be nice to be able to reach out in person to someone at Groove and get this resolved instead of going round and round via email. I just want what I ordered, and be compensated for the difference as this item is now half off on the website. My order was number 5500166.

I will start by saying i do love the look and feel of the ring products. However, that feeling will not last more than 10-16 months, I am on my 4th ring in 4 years.. Every one of them is split on the side. REPLACEMENT is NOT FREE they have you pay shipping with tax, which has been on average 9-10$ each time... I hope you can understand my frustrations as everyday wear and tear is truly not covered 100%

What an amazing company! It pains me to see any negative reviews about this company 😔 I have only ever had good experiences with them. I have had a couple of issues (my fault or the mails fault) and every time they responded quickly and generously. Love this company, they have great products and great customer service.

After a series of non-communication and inability to reach someone, frustration, anger & disappointment I was surprisingly called by a team lead who seemed truly interested and empathetic w/the problems I reported, corrected the order & offered 2 additional products as apology from co and to make things right. Thank you for taking responsibility and correcting the experience. Based on this, I will use them in the future!

It took a bit of badgering, but I got customer service to finally honor their warranty (begrudgingly). I got an entirely new belt and it’s nice. They gave me satisfaction. Groove Life has to realize that offering a 94 year no BS warranty means no BS, no exceptions. When I send them a contemporaneous picture, it should prove I have the belt (it was a gift). I shouldn’t have to go back to Santa and ask him/her for a receipt. I like the belt. This one is saying free of unsightly scratches. As a personal note, I have a Duluth lifetime belt that is in its 4th year and several slide belts in their 8th year. I don’t normally have any issues and these are still in great condition. Belt buckles showing scratch from just normal wear in which the buckle never it held against another hard surface. I am satisfied at this point. ______ It’s a very nice belt, built the buckles are made from an inferior material and coating that scratches easily. I wore the belt for a week and the edges of the buckle just attract scratches. On top of that they do not honor the “94 year, no BS warranty” I got this as a gift and they want a receipt.
