GreenChef Tracking Order Status

After several weeks of bad produce and meat having a weird odor I have cancelled my subscription. I have photos of the produce if you would like to see it.

Invest in It. Every time I have to log in to the website, it doesn't recognize my password. I do reset password and it doesn't recognize my email (says no account). I have to call your customer service number. They can force an email to me so I can reset the password and login. I have to do this every time. No one has a solution to it so I canceled my account.

Quality of food has really gone down since the last time we use the service. It’s extremely overpriced for what you get. Portion size is small, and quality is not as fresh. It’s basically the same as HelloFresh now but you’re paying more. At least before Green Chef had more variety in the recipes and things were more organic/grass fed.

Disappointed in the lack of quality and freshness. Everything use to be great but now it’s always past it’s prone and gross. Like something that’s been sitting in your fridge for a week and you need to use up.

It was great in the beginning then felt the recipes were less valuable and less to choose from. When I received the notice that it was the last day of the week to cancel/change the delivery for the following week I decided to cancel for good instead, which I did but a week later I received a delivery (none of the recipes I chose or approved,). When I called to say I canceled and should have never received this delivery I was told I missed he deadline which is not true because it was on.the last say.
