Terrible customer service. A box didn’t get delivered and it was pulling teeth to get a refund. Deactivated my account due to the experience.

After several weeks of bad produce and meat having a weird odor I have cancelled my subscription. I have photos of the produce if you would like to see it.

I haven’t gotten a box delivered in a month that didn’t arrive so late that all the contents were inedible. Every time a customer service person gave the same routine scripted responses. That’s not the issue, the issue is they can’t do anything about their inability to deliver raw meat in under 48 hours. Aside from the money wasted by the company on product, it’s good food going to waste. I finally had to cancel and demand my money back because I can’t have the money I’ve budgeted for meals tied up with a company that simply cannot deliver.

Invest in It. Every time I have to log in to the website, it doesn't recognize my password. I do reset password and it doesn't recognize my email (says no account). I have to call your customer service number. They can force an email to me so I can reset the password and login. I have to do this every time. No one has a solution to it so I canceled my account.

The box came 3 days late and was completely thawed. Opened it up and it smelled horrible.
