GOVEE Tracking Order Status

Sieht schön aus, App funktioniert auch gut, aber der Kleber ist Müll und hält nicht langsfristig an Wände. Sehr enttäuschend für den Preis

I have bought a couple of light sets from govee. I have the immersive TV set up and I also have the WiFi rgb led 5m strip. I encountered a problem with the light strip as some of the leds had failed 10 months in. I contacted support and a lady called Kathy was super helpful and arranged delivery of a brand new set. I love these products and it's great that this company has a good customer support team. Thank you Kathy for being a great help

My order was shipped and dispatched very very quickly. However royal mails service was poor when it came to delivery. They said delivery was attempted when it wasn't and I also have a ring doorbell, royal mail didn't even come to my house and then sent me a text to say that no one answered the door. Govee, I think you should use dpd or evri. But govees service was excellent!

I ordered a Gove light and a component for fitting the power cable was missing so I couldn't power up. I ordered a replacement and this also had the same fault. I then asked for a refund which is pending. Clearly, an issue with product and quality control although customer services were very nice and responsive to the issues.
