GOVEE – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have bought a couple of light sets from govee. I have the immersive TV set up and I also have the WiFi rgb led 5m strip. I encountered a problem with the light strip as some of the leds had failed 10 months in. I contacted support and a lady called Kathy was super helpful and arranged delivery of a brand new set. I love these products and it's great that this company has a good customer support team. Thank you Kathy for being a great help

My order was shipped and dispatched very very quickly. However royal mails service was poor when it came to delivery. They said delivery was attempted when it wasn't and I also have a ring doorbell, royal mail didn't even come to my house and then sent me a text to say that no one answered the door. Govee, I think you should use dpd or evri. But govees service was excellent!

i love my govee tv lights, makes watching tv shows, movies and playing games so much more immersive, the colours are truly incredible, the reds and the blues in particular are so visually striking, easy to put on and control too

Nach 10 Monaten war das Netzteil meiner Govee Glide Hexa Pro 3D LED Light Panels defekt. Über den Menüpunkt „schneller Ersatz ” in der Govee App, hatte ich nach einer Ersatzlieferung des Netzteils angefragt. Nach 3 Tagen bekam ich eine Lieferung eines kompletten 10er Sets der Govee Glide Hexa Pro 3D LED Light Panels. Besser geht es nicht. 👍👍👍
