6e morning 7.55 flight Chennai to cochi The same day evening 22.25 flight also delayed the announcement said at 22 hr What a Customer service ..

I left my laptop in one of the trays at the security check,inside Jaipur Airport,while travelling from Jaipur to Bangalore,on July 18,7 pm n boarded the flight. Upon reaching the flight,I realised that I left my laptop n so I reached o the Indigo crew ,in the flight. Was bit in a state of anxiety n panic as my laptop was v imp for me n contained v imp files,other info regd my work. All of them tried to assist me a bit but honestly I was not convinced about the security of my laptop n decided to deplane from that flight ,get my laptop n take the next flight to Banglr. But got outstanding, exemplary assistance n support from Sujeet Ray, Jaipur,Indigo.. He, provided me his contact details n guided me from start to finish i.e; from my point of arrival in Bangalore till getting back my laptop. He was constantly in touch with me,updating me regd him finding my laptop from lost n found, Jaipur airport n getting it loaded on the next day, flight. Also he was frequently speaking to the Indigo staff at Bangalore,doing all his bit n got my laptop handed over to me quite smoothly. He was always answering my call whenever I reached out to him , during the process of retrieving my laptop at Bangalore airport n always being quite warm,considerate, respectful to me in all his conversations. He provided me unparalleled support n assistance n I immensely appreciate it. Truly fantastic, superlative, customer support gesture from Sujeet Kumar to me ..In my opinion,he is an invaluable asset to Indigo in the field of customer service.... More than Five stars to him from my side Piyush Agarwal

The website needs updating - it does not recognise UK post/zip codes as valid and therefore will not let you proceed to payment. Very strange.

Excellent Customer service. The Refund process of 3 flights, took hours. Initially I didn't get the otp, while cancelling the flights via their website, but it was faster/smoother via their app. A Customer service representative called me for my initial complaint about the otp. Excellent experience overall.

One of the worst airlines who have very rude ground staff. Customers are treated with no respect. Making them wait for no reason. Questioning them more than immigration department. Treating the customers like they are flying on the mercy of indigo. If we raise an issue they respond like please choose another airlines. Pathetic. Hope some better budget airlines came up India
