GiftCardMall Tracking Order Status

Site not working to check balance, waiting for a refund, i wouldn't use their gift cards again.

I got a Visa card for christmas I registered the card changed the pin but the card won’t work there’s a 150.00 on the card I can get my balance but can’t use the card

3/10 update: After I had already given up, a very helpful rep from this company reached out to me and personally resolved this. Though it ended up being more trouble than it was worth, I am thankful that they cared enough to make it right. Thanks! ---------------- Paid $42.50 for a "$50 gift card." Went to redeem, got an error message to try again in 10 minutes. Did that, said it had already been redeemed. Wasted hours trying to get "support" before making peace that they stole my $42.50. Do not trust this garbage company.

So I tried to use a card I got for Christmas. And I got two for Christmas and one worked fine. Then after I tried to use the one at Walgreens, it did not work. So I went on the mygiftcardmall website and there was a balance of $25 still on the card. So I tried to use it on Amazon. It said payment needed to be revised. And I called them. Immediately got connected then the man on the phone says I put in the wrong expiring date in. May I say I tried 3 times with the card, same date that was on the card. But they are sending me a new card within 7-10 business days and I am praying. PRAYING that this is not a scam considering one of the cards worked fine.

1/8/21UPDATE: I contacted BlackHawkNetwork dot com directly, as they are the parent company of Gift Card Mall, and they were VERY helpful. I eventually received all of my money back. I highly recommend reaching out to them directly. Original Post: I checked the balance of my card on the evening of December 22 on their website. By 1:00pm PST the next day December 23, the remaining balance of $49.78 was stolen. It is impossible to contact anyone to alert them to the fraudulent activity from THEIR website. They make you jump through hoops of "registering" the card, but there is always a system error. They then advise you contact them by phone, but you can't get through to anyone! As you sit on hold, somehow your wait time jumps from 20 minutes to 39 minutes discouraging you to wait. This is a SCAM of the utmost proportions.
