I got a Visa card for christmas I registered the card changed the pin but the card won’t work there’s a 150.00 on the card I can get my balance but can’t use the card

3/10 update: After I had already given up, a very helpful rep from this company reached out to me and personally resolved this. Though it ended up being more trouble than it was worth, I am thankful that they cared enough to make it right. Thanks! ---------------- Paid $42.50 for a "$50 gift card." Went to redeem, got an error message to try again in 10 minutes. Did that, said it had already been redeemed. Wasted hours trying to get "support" before making peace that they stole my $42.50. Do not trust this garbage company.

I had a great experience with my "free" gift card mall visa card. I got mine in the mail in a nice official looking package. I don't know why I got this card. I didn't request or order any gift card. So I got on Google and checked the reviews about this situation. Very negative reviews is what I found. I figured there must be a reason for that. So I did NOT activate the card.....I did NOT use the card.....and I did not register or check any balance. I cut up the card and threw away the garbage along with the literature that accompanied it. It really was a GREAT experience. Thank you for that free card. Feel free to send more......

I bought a visa gift card from inside a store, Thought it would be like any other visa gift card where I could use it right away, but that wasn't the case, I had to register my information on the card. That was fine with me but the issue was that for the two days I've tried to register it the website kept saying "Invalid Request" or something along the line of "unable to process request at this time." I was able to register the card after calling the support number on the back of the card, very helpful guy, Although a bit more tedious of a process just to use the card it went alright. I was able to use it in the end.

Got there when I wanted it to for a starving college student stuck in California thanks for the quick work.
