Garnet Hill Tracking Order Status

My order was fantastic -- it came quickly and all in one box! I love my bedding so much! I did have to return some clothing items that didn't fit, their return process seems a bit clunky and outdated, and I agree with other reviews here that their shipping costs (and return costs) are outrageous! Especially since my order was over $700! I have seen that they do run promotions pretty regularly for free shipping, so I will just wait for those if I order again. It is very penalizing to charge $8 to return items. Especially when there are great brands (Boden, Sezane, Reformation, etc) that offer free shipping and free returns and some of these are overseas! This is why I only give 4 stars -- I will only order with free shipping and if I know for certain that I won't be returning my order in any capacity. Otherwise, I will take my shopping elsewhere. :)

My order was stolen off of my porch. I called Garnet Hill and have been a customer for years. They replaced the item promptly and were incredibly courteous. I am a customer for life! Thank you for your kindness.

I love the clothing/styles they offer, but I have to force myself not to order from them again. Their clothing doesn't last nearly as long as much less expensive items I've purchased that are regular brand mall clothes. A cute Eileen Fisher dress lost all the color in the arm pits within a year and had to be thrown away.

I needed new pajamas for a surgery I’m having. I ordered 2 pairs from Garnet Hill. First off, the ‘aqua’ pj’s in the picture turned out to ‘powder blue.’ I was disappointed! I finally tried on one set, and at 5’5”, I NEVER HAVE TO HEM ANYTHING. These are at least 7 inches TOO LONG!! I would have been shocked after my surgery in the hospital if I hadn’t tried a pair on a month before!!! I could be hve been tripping! I won’t be ordering from Garnet Hill again! Rosemarie Pierce

I frequently give family members gifts of their wool and cashmere items. They absolutely love them. When I do need to make a return, it is fast and painless. This winter, I was shocked when several on-line businesses ripped me off on returns. Garnet Hill remains steadfastly honest and values its customers.
