Freedom Mortgage Tracking Order Status

Our mortgage was transferred to Freedom Mortgage and the transfer process on Freedom Mortgages part was a mess. We had to figure out how to get the mortgage paid because their billing process was a joke. Ended up 2 payments behind and they finally processed are payments and we are back on track, but they reported us to the credit bureau for their poor transitioning/billing. We wish we were still with our previous mortgage company. This is a bad start with this company.

Like so many others my mortgage was purchased by these guys, I didn’t have a say at all. The transfer process could have been better and I had to send in some paperwork multiple times. I also experienced some difficulties with the online payment system not working as well as you would think it might. Despite being a fairly large provider I feel they really need some improvements on the website and customer service.

Freedom Mortgage was quick and gave me an awesome rate! Was a pleasure working with them.
