Don’t go digital or you’ll likely not receive your statement that reflects changes due to low escrow funds. And if you do go digital, don’t expect them to send you statements in the email box on their own platform. I have been sure to check on this myself monthly. If you continue to send the payment you think is owed, they will not contact you until your 3-4 months down the rod and your account is completely messed up and it hits your credit. I am going to reach out to the VA about this to see if they can help us deal with this. Maybe they can be removed as a VA approved lender.

Very Professional office and staff however I was made an offer then it was rescinded due to student loans on credit report. Kind of disappointing because I know I would have been great.
