Ford Merchandise Store Tracking Order Status

Immediately after connecting my phone and ford app to my truck the shifter got stuck in park. Avoid the app. Very buggy. My new ford vehicle constantly gets stuck in park. Low miles but parts are breaking.

I bought a 2021 F-150 Platinum, 3.0ltr diesel (new). The main computer screen is absolutely horrible. I've had trouble with it, since 3 months after I bought it. The Apple Play stops about 15 minutes into a drive, every time! When I remote start, 9 out of 10 time, I have head light troubles. At one point, I could not even activate high beams! It sad that a truck, with an $80k MSRP, has the worst computer ever!! If Ford could fix it, I would be happy, but no. I've taken it to Joe Cooper Ford in Yukon, OK. They reset it 5 times and nothing fixes it. And yes, there are more issues/problems, than I have noted. So irritating that no one can fix all of these issues!

This an update to my previous note referencing Korum Ford Puyallup. As of this date,12/15/24, My experience with Korum Ford Puyallup has been resolved, equicabilly, through the excellent, exceptionally responsive and professional manner in which my concerns were addressed. They made me feel HEARD, not dismissed, and for that, I'm truly grateful. As of this date, without any hesitations, or mental reservations I whole-heardedly change my previous rating to a 5 Star!
