This an update to my previous note referencing Korum Ford Puyallup. As of this date,12/15/24, My experience with Korum Ford Puyallup has been resolved, equicabilly, through the excellent, exceptionally responsive and professional manner in which my concerns were addressed. They made me feel HEARD, not dismissed, and for that, I'm truly grateful. As of this date, without any hesitations, or mental reservations I whole-heardedly change my previous rating to a 5 Star! Story started when I experienced my 2021 F350 transmission started staling, I took truck to dealership and they told me truck needs new transmission about 8k at time I didn't have 8k to spill out and decided to call Ford customer service ask if they have financial help program, I spoke to Andrea customer service representative she let me know that Ford Motor Company doesn't have financial program for servicing cars but I should have dealership send them estimate for all necessary work what they did in next couple of days, 3 days later I received call fram Andrea to let me know they came to decision to cover 75%of repair cost, I couldn't believe that, Ford didn't have any obligations to help me since warranty expired but they decide to help. My truck got fixed, Andrea was in touch with me all time to keep me updated, I picked up my truck all was great and two days after I received another call from Andrea to check out if everything is done right at that time Andrea told me that as customer representative specialist she has discretion to give me extended 3 years 36k miles full coverage warranty starting at that day. This was best experience I had ever with any costumer service. Thank you Andrea and Ford.

I just bought another car from Ford garage the service was excellent from the moment I enter the parking lot I was greeted by a salesman by the name of Vince he took care of me and he help choose a car that I love also Shah too was very helpful this is why I always go to Ford dealership a company you can trust.
