Awful awful customer service

Awful awful customer service . or you can say doesn't have customer service at all . I am stuck with a wrong size belt , unable to return.

Awful customer service

First of all the website has a somewhat unoptimal interface when buying a product. It does not provide a sizechart and just provides arbitary sizes to select from before ordering a product. As such I managed to buy the wrong size, and now the customer service refuses to even acknowledge my existence when I try to contact them.
