Fiorelli Tracking Order Status

Prompt delivery and carefully packaged. I contacted their customer service team with a query and had an immediate helpful response.

I ordered a bag online and it came through with a damaged zip. I emailed fiorelli and they immediately sent out a brand new one which I received really quickly without any problems. They also told me to keep the damaged one when I asked how to send it back. The team was extremely quick and efficient. I will definitely be ordering again 😀

Bought a lovely bag online but unfortunately, within a few weeks, the zip came off its track. I emailed Fiorelli and received a very quick response - apologising and offering a full refund. Within a day or two the refund was in my account. It was very sad that this happened as I loved the bag! However, I’m so impressed with their customer service that I would certainly buy from them again. After all, it’s when a problem arises that you really see how a company values its customers. Full marks to Fiorelli customer services team and thank you so much.

Placed an order and put in the wrong delivery address, sent an email and I got a prompt response. Another email said the address couldn’t be changed but it was delivered to the new address I provided anyway. No complaints as such, just worried my item was going to be shipped wrongly. Their customer service is good but I guess they could communicate within the team so they could give customers reliable information.
