Baked lasagna was excellent but don’t ever order a crab cake! It’s says jumbo lump crab meat but all it is is filler and bread and no crab meat! Also it comes burnt with a nasty taste I would not ever order a crab cake from this place!

Had my gen 3 for about 5 years. Not a bad product as long as your expectations are not too high. The unit does rather poorly in big trees whereas my runing and biking partners with a Garmin product had complete tracks. I had a problem two years ago on an out/back hike. the last couple of miles showed the tracks about 1/2mile east, which was NOT the case. I told them and they sent me a new one, no questions asked and no charges. Unit was way out of warranty. Never had to use the panic features. The "I'm OK" feature always worked. They have always treated me fairly. Never over charged.

Great service and food

I am now on my second year of using the Spot X unit. I am amazed at the amount of negative reviews on Spot as I have not have issues with customer service, payment, texting, tracking, custom messages, etc. Unit has performed above expectations but yes, their is a steep learning curve and I think that is why it gets bad reviews. When I first bought the unit, I studied the manual and found various instructional videos online and it all came together. I am definitely pleased with the unit.

This is mostly a update. I hear a lot of bad mouthing about the customer support. Today I was struggling with the replacement device I had received for free (the old device had lost its power cover, no more than that, and customer service sent me a whole new device). After a few minutes of not being able to find the right page to swap old device registration for new, I called the UK help number and it answered in a minute. This was after the auto Q and A process (press 1 for .....) the lady answering was very helpful, I explained and she completed the process for me. Excellent. I am now back up and running. The slowest response I have ever had was to a email query, which took 18 hours to get a full and complete answer. Totally recommended.
