Fair Harbor Tracking Order Status

I had placed an order at Fair Harbor. Given the high prices of their products, I placed my order when discounts were applicable. After a month without movement of my parcel I reached out for assistance. They admitted that shipments are lost regularly and proceeded to issue a refund. A refund is great, however I wanted to receive what I ordered. But after mailing with the customer support they were not willing to grant my order at the same discount! I have to order at a HIGHER price? So my suggestion is to have their name changed to Harbor and leave out the Fair. Strange they are treating customer like this, even when they are willing to replace an order.

Their product quality is pretty good. I had been a loyal customer, buying 5 items, totaling around $400. I bought a sweater that just didn't feel good on me and was way heavier than I like. They basically have no return policy, other than in-store credit and you can forget about talking to a person about any issue you may have. They don't even have a customer service number. Live chat is as close as you're going to get. There's too many good vendors out there, that have fair return policies. With them, they won't even accept a return, from a loyal customer, on an item that hasn't even had the tags removed.

I ordered the anchor swim shorts and I truly don't understand the seemingly endless positive reviews all over social media. The swim trunk's inner lining immediately rides up the instant there is any vertical movement. For example, simply walking up steps resulted in the lining being pushed up and bunched at the crease of my hip. Even sitting down/sitting up resulted in the lining significantly riding up. For reference, I'm 5'11 and weigh 165, fairly muscular but nothing crazy, and I ordered mediums from Fair Harbor. Thankfully the return process was simple, but they do try their best to hide the option to just refund it for a refund (as opposed to store credit, etc.). If you belong to Costco, you can order a far superior swim trunk that is nearly identical to Fair Harbor (no mesh lining, stylish designs) for $15 -- and their lining doesn't ride up at all.

Great stuff, everything from the website to the staff to the quality of the clothes are all great!
