Fair Harbor – Coupons, Promo Codes & Special Offers (13)

I had placed an order at Fair Harbor. Given the high prices of their products, I placed my order when discounts were applicable. After a month without movement of my parcel I reached out for assistance. They admitted that shipments are lost regularly and proceeded to issue a refund. A refund is great, however I wanted to receive what I ordered. But after mailing with the customer support they were not willing to grant my order at the same discount! I have to order at a HIGHER price? So my suggestion is to have their name changed to Harbor and leave out the Fair. Strange they are treating customer like this, even when they are willing to replace an order.

Advertised express 3 day shipping yet shipped it ground across the usa. Deceptive practices and horrible customer service

Their product quality is pretty good. I had been a loyal customer, buying 5 items, totaling around $400. I bought a sweater that just didn't feel good on me and was way heavier than I like. They basically have no return policy, other than in-store credit and you can forget about talking to a person about any issue you may have. They don't even have a customer service number. Live chat is as close as you're going to get. There's too many good vendors out there, that have fair return policies. With them, they won't even accept a return, from a loyal customer, on an item that hasn't even had the tags removed.

Horrible Customer Service!!! They sent incorrect merchandise and I cannot get anyone to respond so that i can return for refund. Waste of my time dealing with these people........don't waste yours, buy swimwear elsewhere!!!!

Great stuff, everything from the website to the staff to the quality of the clothes are all great!
