Faherty Tracking Order Status

I started purchasing from Faherty last February. I think my first purchase was a sweater; quality was great so I bought a few more pieces over the summer. Everything has been great quality, great fit, timeless aesthetic. I'm a fan.

Bought two flannel shirts in Faherty Soho a few months ago, was really in love with them, but the quality deteriorates really fast after a few washes. Now I can probably only wear them at home. Would expect much more for the price paid

They use modal fake fabric and the process for making this fake material isn’t good. Google it for more detail. It’s sold under the pretense Of being recycled material and good for the environment but it’s not so good for the person wearing it.

We had an issue with a customer service representative from Faherty brand about returning an unused item. We reached out to the president of the company and she IMMEDIATELY responded and assigned to somebody to help us. The issue was resolved. Fantastic customer service
