EziBuy Tracking Order Status

It's back to real shops girls. Before online shopping we could try on,feel,look,come back next day and return the goods if they weren't right . The internet was supposed to make things easier for us .Ha ha. I think some huge firm has taken over dozens of small ones because I have had similar experiences with three online shops recently. No customer service, poor quality and ok plong delays in shipping.Im going to shop at my local stores,a bit more expensive but at least I can see what I'm getting.

Happy with the products and delivery timing. Nothing to fault. Brought clothing on special, each items under $20 each!!!! Really good bargain for the quality. ☺️☺️

I have been a loyal customer with EziBuy for many many years, close to 15 years. I have emailed and phoned regularly for the last 18 months to 2 years about an item that has always been popular, it seems to be no longer available and no one can give me an answer as to whether or not this item is still available. The items are crop leggings and long leggings item nos. 126868 and 126864. They were comfortable pants and well made. There seems to be a never ending sale of cheap rubbish. Also use to get a lovely greeting and was always thanked for shopping with ExiBuy. If I don’t get a positive response to this review as to whether or not these pants will become available in the near future, I like many other people have had enough of the poor service and quality and sadly, will no longer shop with this company.

I emailed customer services regarding a returns claim, Nikki the EziBuy Customer Service Representative was very helpful and as promised I received my refund. You must keep a copy of your delivery receipt and the parcel post tracking information if you need to engage with the customer service. The communication once the order is placed is poor. The tracking numbers do not work at all and the delivery time was considerably longer than any online companies I deal with. The company needs to attend to their communication and delivery time frames.
