I live rurally in NZ and my delivery came relatively quickly which I was happy with. What Im not happy with is the quality. I purchased a cotton duvet. Yes it is cotton but only just it is very thin and Im disappointed at the quality that I use to buy from Ezibuy over the years. Customers are happy to pay more for better quality items Im sure if they can be guaranteed of a better product in the end. Also the colour of the duvet did not match what was online my duvet is a grey check but its very pale and the white is a light cream very disappointing.

I had a refund and needed to place my order via telephone. The person I spoke with was efficient, well informed and pleasant. She talked me through my order very clearly and made the process of ordering over the phone a rewarding experience.

Great salesperson on the end of phone...very helpful, as I have been trying to place orders online,unfortunately been coming back invalid Email, which can't understand, as it is my email. Anyhow able to place a phone order...
