Estella Bartlett Tracking Order Status

I called yesterday morning and got served by the lovely Marianna, who went above and beyond to locate a discontinued bracelet for me. The bracelet has already arrived today and it is so beautiful. I have been buying Estella Bartlett from John Lewis for years but I will definitely shop from the website more often - 5 stars customer service! Thank you!

Dont buy anything with a thin chain! Bought the star bracelet, broke after 2 wears. Good customer service however, couldn’t give me a refund but gave me a store voucher, but to buy another item, I had to pay full postage. Not worth it in my opinion, would stick to earrings from this website.

Couldn’t be happier with the customer support I received from Riju today. I have a pair of earrings that are faulty so I emailed the team to see if they could help me in anyway. Riju sent me a video on how to fix the earrings. When this did not work Riju has sent me a replacement pair with no issue. Great service - love the jewellery. Will definitely stick with this brand when buying in future

I bought some very pretty earrings for a friend for Christmas but sadly one of the gems fell out. I contacted them and they were very apologetic and instantly offered to send a replacement pair directly to my friend. Really impressed with their customer service!
