Couldn’t be happier with the customer support I received from Riju today. I have a pair of earrings that are faulty so I emailed the team to see if they could help me in anyway. Riju sent me a video on how to fix the earrings. When this did not work Riju has sent me a replacement pair with no issue. Great service - love the jewellery. Will definitely stick with this brand when buying in future

I bought some very pretty earrings for a friend for Christmas but sadly one of the gems fell out. I contacted them and they were very apologetic and instantly offered to send a replacement pair directly to my friend. Really impressed with their customer service!

I bought my daughter some earring for Christmas which tarnished within the week, after contacting EB their customer service contacted me and without hesitation by the end of the day a replacement pair was on its way to me.
