Esprit UK Tracking Order Status

The item was horribly oversized, so even though I sized down still didn't fit me. It's now the 17th day since they processed my return and still no refund. If I ever do get my refund, that will be my last order with the company as this side of the business is utterly abysmal.

Just a warning... I placed a £100 order with Esprit 9 days ago as their website says 'about 2-4 working days are needed for the arrival of your parcel'. I had a shipping email after 4 days, but today, 5 days later, parcel force tracking still says delivery date unavailable as 'we may not have received parcel'. Reading reviews on here it appears they are sent from Germany. I can see returning items are a serious problem as well. Online shopping is all about trust, accurate delivery times are important in deciding to place order. Update 3/8/23. Unexpectedly parcel was just delivered. So that was 8 working days after placing order. Items well packed and quality and style of chinos is excellent. One pair to be returned so will see how long that takes. The quality was worth the wait, but don't order if in a hurry.

Their return process makes no sense. You return the parcel to a consolidation point in the UK and it's then transferred to their warehouse in Germany at which point it becomes untraceable for both the customer and the staff. Have returned mine over 10 days ago and no one can see where it is, still waiting for over £150 refund. Avoid just for this ridiculous return process that discourage customers to return anything at all since they don't have any store left in the UK.

Put it an order before reading the reviews and have to say was a little nervous afterwards. The order did take longer than usual to arrive but is coming from further away. Clothes were lovely and as advertised. Sent an item back and recieved a refund. This also takes longer. Only taking a star off as for some reason I had to pay an additional £1 delivery charge on collection from the post office and had already paid for delivery.

I know there are some detractors on here, but I've always had very good experiences with Esprit online shopping. It's easy to do if you set up an account, and you can get additional discounts. They've always been reliable with deliveries. And returns within 30 days are easy and free. In the past they didn't fare so well by using slower ParcelForce - but now that other couriers have taken a dive, it doesn't seem so bad. Sizing / cut / fit can be a bit odd on some garments - especially those in sales - but the free returns mitigates this risk.
