Esprit UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Put it an order before reading the reviews and have to say was a little nervous afterwards. The order did take longer than usual to arrive but is coming from further away. Clothes were lovely and as advertised. Sent an item back and recieved a refund. This also takes longer. Only taking a star off as for some reason I had to pay an additional £1 delivery charge on collection from the post office and had already paid for delivery.

I know there are some detractors on here, but I've always had very good experiences with Esprit online shopping. It's easy to do if you set up an account, and you can get additional discounts. They've always been reliable with deliveries. And returns within 30 days are easy and free. In the past they didn't fare so well by using slower ParcelForce - but now that other couriers have taken a dive, it doesn't seem so bad. Sizing / cut / fit can be a bit odd on some garments - especially those in sales - but the free returns mitigates this risk.

I love esprit and I am also a long term customer. I have never had a problem with quality of the products. If people complain about parcel force delivery delays, that is usually because they need the person to be in to receive the item. I find customer service to be great and parcel force customer service.

Just great!!!!The quality and materials are good. I have placed my order on Saturday and received all goods on following Thursday. Such a shame they closed all shops in UK. I have placed another order yesterday. Thank God I have not read this all negative comments before I placed the order.

I received my order on the exact date I was given. All items were amazing. I took a risk with sizing, hence had to return some. I hadn't read the reviews prior (thankfully!). My first time buying from Esprit and I'm super impressed. These items are coming from Germany so expect some delays. Just received my refund too. I will definitely be a returning customer.
