I can not get my rug to lay flat. Also curls at the ends.

I order almost $2000 worth of rugs and carpet from them within the last year. My experience with them has been perfect, the quality of the product, the customer service, and the delivery experience. The way the site is set up and how detail it is I have never seen a site like this and I do most of if not all of my shopping online.

The rugs are beautiful and suitable for my home. Thanks for teaching me about the different classifications of styles, colors, size/shapes, and materials used in the manufacturing process.

Their prices are good and I REALLY like the setup that they hav where you can view your item that you are purchasing in the area where you are buying it for. I also had a question that I sent them through email and they responded in a timely manner. Thumbs up so far! I just have to wait and see if the rug is going to meet my expectations when I receive it.
