I order almost $2000 worth of rugs and carpet from them within the last year. My experience with them has been perfect, the quality of the product, the customer service, and the delivery experience. Their prices are good and I REALLY like the setup that they hav where you can view your item that you are purchasing in the area where you are buying it for. I also had a question that I sent them through email and they responded in a timely manner. Thumbs up so far! I just have to wait and see if the rug is going to meet my expectations when I receive it.
