Equifax Tracking Order Status

I have spent 2 plus years getting my credit score up , They say to use your cards and pay on time, I usually pay ahead of time and pay them offost of the time, I have been at the 690to 697 for a few months and I complained about Equifax dropping my score 50 points for paying off a loan. They put it back, now they have dropped it 17 points and few days later 16 points lower again. My cards limit is 15,000.00 dollars I am using only 17percent of my usage, they said my score is going down because my usage went up on 2 cards, WOW almost 500.00 total, I am not a Genius, but dealing with this company is not good, it's always a uphill battle of double standard, I advocate for Autism , mental health and Elderly Abuse, I have now been convinced to start with the same congress and senators about holding Equifax accountable for the damage they can cause family. I was charged twice for a subscription that I don't have and I would like to be refunded for the money that was taken I sent them screenshot of the transactions

They use people with very thick accents so difficult to understand at times.. the scripts they read from are extremely long and you get tired waiting for them to shut up while trying to get your issue resolved. I've tried twice now to get a credit score from them because its the only bureau that doesn't offer a free glimpse like experian and transunion. never again.

I had an unexpected drop in my credit score of 30 points in a few days there were no derogatory or hard inquiries requesting everything was the same. I drew down on all balances of any cards or loans I had dramatically. That should entitled my car to actually go up. When I asked them why they made the process so difficult and time consuming that it doesn't become worth your time. If you like jumping rope that's the company you want to deal with.
